Can you work in a hotel that has its own AV company?
Often, yes. Many Nashville hotels allow outside AV with a patch or service fee. We’ll coordinate directly with the venue so you know the rules and costs up front.
Do you handle breakout rooms?
Yes. Each breakout gets its own sound and projection, set and checked before the first session.
Can remote speakers present on screen?
Yes. We can bring remote presenters into the room on the video screens with clean two-way audio, and stream the session to online attendees.
Do you record the sessions?
Yes. We can record every session with the camera shots and slides and deliver the files after the event.
How far ahead should we book?
For multi-day conferences, a few months ahead gives us time for a site visit and run-of-show planning. For one-night events, a few weeks is often enough. Ask us either way.
Do you travel outside Nashville?
Yes. We regularly work across Middle Tennessee and the Southeast.
