Christian conference production in Nashville, from first worship set to final session.
Sound, lighting, video screens, breakout rooms, and livestreaming for women’s, men’s, youth, and leadership conferences, from a crew that serves in church production every week.
We know the room because we’re in it every Sunday.
We know the difference between a concert mix and a worship mix where the room can hear itself sing. We know when to bring the lights down for prayer, and when a camera should stay off someone at the altar.
A conference is a lot of moving parts: worship sets, keynotes, panels, giving moments, announcements, and breakouts, often across two or three days. We plan it with you session by session so your team can focus on the people in the room.
Every part of the program.
- Main sessions
- PA sized to your venue, wireless mics for speakers and hosts, and a dedicated engineer at front of house
- Worship sets
- Full band setup, in-ear or wedge monitor mixes, and lighting looks for each song
- Video screens
- Live camera shots on big screens so the back row sees the stage
- Lyrics & scripture
- Lyric, scripture, and sermon-note graphics, plus speaker titles and sponsor slides
- Breakout rooms
- Compact sound and projection for each breakout, set and checked before the first session
- Livestream & recording
- Multi-camera stream for online attendees and full session recordings for later release
Sized to your gathering.
Women’s & men’s conferences
One-day events and weekend gatherings, from church fellowship halls to rented ballrooms.
Youth & student conferences
High-energy worship, bigger lighting, and a stream parents and youth pastors back home can watch.
Leadership & network gatherings
Pastors’ conferences, denominational meetings, and church network events with panels and Q&A.
Production that gets out of the way.
For a worship night or revival, the goal is simple: help people focus on God, not the gear. We build a mix where the congregation can hear itself, lighting that follows the flow of worship, and lyrics that are always on time.
- Citywide and multi-church worship nights
- Revival services and tent meetings
- Night-of-worship tour stops

- Teaching and worship sessions, live acoustic worship band, indoor and open-air pavilion sessions
A three-day Christian retreat for women in leadership, set across a 325-acre farm. We moved sound from the main lodge to an open-air pavilion overlooking the hills, covering teaching, ministry, and live worship with a small acoustic band, so every session felt intimate and every word carried.
Christian conference questions.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. For multi-day conferences we recommend reaching out a few months ahead so we can visit the venue and plan the run of show with you.
Can you work with our venue’s existing sound system?
Yes. We can tie into a house system, add to it where it falls short, or bring a complete system of our own. We’ll recommend the right option after a walkthrough.
Do you handle breakout rooms?
Yes. Each breakout gets its own sound and projection, checked before your first session so speakers can walk in and start.
Can you livestream sessions for online attendees?
Yes. We provide a multi-camera stream with a dedicated audio mix, to a public platform or a private link for registered attendees, plus recordings of every session.
Will you work with our worship team’s in-ears and tracks?
Yes. Send us your input list and monitor needs and we’ll have everything built and checked before your team arrives.
Do you travel outside Middle Tennessee?
Yes. We’re based near Nashville and regularly work across the Southeast. Just tell us where your conference is.
